Exchanges are accepted only if the received item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Refunds are not currently offered; however, exchanges or store credit are available. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is faulty).

Local Orders (Pakistan): All orders are processed within 2–3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–5 working days depending on location. You’ll receive a confirmation SMS or email with tracking details once your parcel is shipped. Note: Delays may occur during sales or due to courier issues beyond our control.
