Refund policy

  • Exchanges are accepted only if the received item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Refunds are not offered at this time — exchanges or store credit apply.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is faulty).
