Refund policy

Size exchange is available within 7 days of delivery. If the fit is not right, message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange the exchange (delivery charges apply).

We also exchange any item that arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for these cases.

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items; for size exchanges, the customer pays for delivery.

Refunds are issued as store credit, valid for 12 months.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days. For cash on delivery orders we transfer the amount to your bank account or mobile wallet.
